Processing & Production Time

All of our products are made-to-order or produced through our international manufacturing partners in Pakistan and China.

Because of this, orders require:

5–10 business days for production and processing before shipment.

During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, restocks), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Shipping Times

United States

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment

International Orders

Estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days after shipment

Please note:

  • Delivery times do not include production time.

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, it is handled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

For limited drops or pre-order items, production timelines may be extended. Estimated shipping timeframes will be listed on the product page.
